Posizione: MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
The Manufacturing engineer is part of the flow team, reports to the Manufacturing Team Leader and will be responsible for improving methods, processes, and tooling to optimize production requirements and material flow in his competence lines, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods.

Evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards, estimates production times, define balancing and ideal mix, define production line layouts according with lean manufacturing concepts, create, update and follow up assembly work instructions, train and support operators.
Provide an important link between shop floor personnel and engineers, being key resource for new products introduction projects and production representative on Project Team Meetings.
Work on projects with both individual missions as 5S or within project teams like as new product development, taking part or full responsibility. Close interaction with suppliers of equipment, purchasing, D&D and of course, the production flow teams will be the key.
Investigate assembly tooling requirements, define specifications for new tooling and follow up on existing assembly tooling by setting up maintenance schedules.
Active participant on the Safety Committee. Perform other duties as assigned.

Posizione: PRODUCTION PLANNER

The Production Planner is part of the flow team, reports to the Manufacturing Team Leader and will interpret customer order requirements and develop production schedules to meet on time delivery to the customer request dates while supporting plant goals regarding forecasted lead times and delivery performances.

Based on parts availability, order portfolio, preferred assembly mix and Production Planner responsibility is to define finished products sequence for assembly, schedule production, track orders as they progress and guarantee promised delivery dates.

Mission
You will provide communication and support to the material supply activities to achieve production according to scheduling, with special attention to components supplied in sequence, both from internal and external suppliers.
You will perform data analysis and generate summary reports on delivery performance, missed shipments and other KPIs, being active part in creating new tools for continuous improvement.
You will assist the Production Flow Team Leader in planning labor requirements.
You will interface with marketing, engineering, purchasing and the production line to facilitate order completion, interface with logistics to plan order shipment and to ensure that customers are up to date with the status of the order through the manufacturing process.
You may manage the replenishment of specific assigned commodities or suppliers to support the production schedule, or perform other duties as assigned.

Posizione: AFTERMARKET – SERVICE SPECIALIST

We have a vacancy for a Service Specialist within the Technical Support department of Atlas Copco Product Company Brendola. As a Service Specialist, your mission is to offer support to the customer centers to further enhance the reputation of our products. You will report to the Technical Support Manager.

This will include the following responsibilities:
Offering day by day timely service support to the Customer Centers via i.e. the call database.
Continuously improve the product quality by a proactive failure reporting follow up.
This includes analysing warranty reports, be the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) and participating in the product quality meetings (PQM).
Inform the customer centers via Service bulletins and the Service Website about products improvements and actions to be taken.
Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest lifecycle cost by giving a strong involvement in the project team meetings (PTM)
Provide accurate and up to date service information related to the product range. Develop documentation, service kits and tools for improving serviceability
Provide and develop technical training in conjunction with the competence development group.
Interaction will include frequent contacts with the customer centers, other product companies, finance, purchasing, engineering, production and product managers.

Experience requirements
You have at least 1÷2 years experience in technical support a/o engineering environment.

Knowledge/Educational requirements
Technical knowledge on compressors, dryers and compressed air ancillaries is necessary.
You have a good knowledge of English. An additional language is considered a plus.
Software skills e.g. MS Office, BPCS would be an asset.

The purchasing department of Atlas Copco Product Company Brendola is currently looking for a buyer. In this position, you are responsible for the purchase of components for compressors and/or refrigerant dryers that meet the requirements in terms of quality, price and delivery performance.
You manage the suppliers market for the components within your commodity range in an active way, meaning you are responsible for: Development of a network of suppliers capable of supporting current needs and strategic goals Supplier selection process with price analyses (based on total cost of ownership) and price negotiations. Identification of product and/or process optimization leading to cost reductions. Challenging and optimization of product specification in close cooperation with our engineering department. Negotiation of supply agreements. Optimization of supply chain process. Follow-up of quality performance (together with the SQA engineer) and delivery performance. Administrative, financial & economic follow-up of the suppliers.
Together with colleagues from Engineering, you work on product development projects and you lead your own purchasing projects.

Experience requirements
At least three years of working experience in a purchasing function in a multinational company environment.
Knowledge requirements
You have a profound knowledge of Italian and English.

You are a commercial or industrial engineer or equal through experience.
